• All standard orders placed before 2 pm Eastern time will ship the same day.

• UPS Ground
• UPS Three-Day Select
• UPS Second Day Air
• UPS Second Day Air A.M.
• UPS Next Day Air Saver
• UPS Next Day Air
• UPS Next Day Air Early A.M. (Business addresses only)

General policies:

• No weekend delivery.

Military Bases APO/FPO:

• Please contact Account Services at 888.534.5556.
• Ships using US Postal Service the next business day.
• Axzo Press cannot guarantee tracking accuracy or delivery date.

Using your own shipping account

• Items may be shipped by UPS, DHL, or FedEx using the customer's account number. In these cases:
• A surcharge of $5.00 per order plus $.20 per item will be applied. For example, if you place an order for 10 items, the surcharge will be $7.00
• Orders will ship the next day.

International orders

• Orders going outside the US will ship the next business day.
• Types of international service (availability depends on destination address):
• UPS Standard
• UPS Worldwide Expedited
• UPS Worldwide Saver
• UPS Worldwide Express
• UPS Worldwide Express Plus
• All shipments to Canada are subject to additional duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These fees are calculated as 15% of the invoice subtotal, and will be included in the Shipping & Handling charge on your order confirmation and invoice.
• All other international shipments are also subject to additional duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. Customer is responsible for these fees, which will be invoiced separately by Axzo Press at a later date.

FAQ:

How long do Ground orders really take?

Well, UPS estimates 5 days to ship a box from New York to San Francisco, and we recommend you pad that by a couple of days to be safe. In reality, because our warehouse is located in Ohio, most Ground orders take less time than that. This map gives the UPS estimates for Ground shipping from our warehouse:

It will get there by the specified day, but may be as late as 4:30 pm.

Can I ship using my own shipping info through the Web site?

Yes. During the checkout process, on the Shipping Options screen, select "Use my own shipping account." You can then specify one of three delivery options: Next Day AM, 2-Day, or Ground. For applicable charges and restrictions, see "Using your own shipping account" above.

Where can I find tracking information for my shipment?

If you place your order on this site, you will find your tracking number(s) in the Order History section under "Your Account".
